The goods quality is the important point at our foundry.Each Process we do is follow as ISO9001:2008 Certificate.
After get the drawing of customer, we send to our technician and the mould department to make the mould firstly.
And when the mould come out ,the production department will start to do the goods.
The lost wax mould come out firstly, the inspector will check the size firstly, and see if they are in the main tolearance.
And each step of the rough casting making, the shelling,lost wax, pouring, grinding, each step there has the inspector to check the goods.
When the goods deliver to the machining shop, there will be working sheet of the parts machining step, in the front of operator ,before the machine, there was the machining step sheet , to let them check each step the size make is right.
When the goods come out ,will deliver to the inspection room, the inspector will check the sample parts one by one, to make sure all the size is do according to drawings.
After all the goods checked, will contact with customer, and packing of the goods and arrange the shipment.
